Our medical team are focused on building positive relationships with our veterans and their families to achieve good health outcomes.

Our Chronic care nurse team alongside the practitioners at Tewantin Medical Centre offer eligible veterans access to the Coordinated Veterans’ Care program which is targeted at improving the Veterans health care outcomes in a GP setting.
