
About Telehealth
Due to the widespread coronavirus pandemic, any patient that is experiencing cold or flu like symptoms will not be able to visit the clinic and will need to have a telehealth consultation.
Telehealth is only available to patients experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, unless otherwise stated by the doctor. Telehealth appointments are privately billed.
Telehealth is a consultation either through Video Chat (Skype, Facetime) or Telephone.

Skype
Step 1 – Installation
- Desktop Computers:
- Most windows computers have skype pre-installed
- If you don’t have Skype on your computer, the installation link can be found here
- Android Phones/Tablets:

- You will need to create an account – follow the prompts
Step 2 – Find your Skype Name
- Desktop
- Click your profile picture in the top left corner
- Click Skype Profile
- Write down your Skype Name

- Tap your profile picture in the top left corner
- Tap Skype Profile (found on the left)
- Write down your Skype Name
- Android Phone
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen
- Tap Skype Profile
- Write down your Skype Name
Facetime (iPhone/iPad only)
Finding your Facetime ID
- Click Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Scroll down to Facetime
- Write down the email/phone number under YOU CAN BE REACHED BY FACETIME AT
